Self sabotage is one of the biggest reasons you don’t get to where you want to be in life.

The reason it is so potent is that it can go by undetected for years, no-one knowingly sabotages themselves, its always a subconscious event.

Habit 2, catastrophising, used to be the worst habit for me. I used to be able to  extrapolate any minor situation into a major event and eimagine all the very worst case scenarios (which never came to pass). Imagining all the reasons things can go wrong not only stops you from taking appropriate action, it encourages things to go wrong as this is where your focus is.
