If people were meant to pop out of bed, we’d all sleep in toasters.

There’s a lot to be said for rising early.

You get a nice head start on the day, you get to enjoy some truly peaceful time before your day is clouded with a million other things and it’s no coincidence that some of the world’s most successful and happy people rise earlier than their peers.

The only drawback is that most people claim not to be able to rise early in the morning.


As with anything, the habit of rising early is one which can be acquired – it takes dedication but the rewards are there- a feeling of control and sense of calm each and every day.
